1. How to Place an Order

At Panther, every piece of sportswear is made-to-order with precision. Since we specialize in custom sublimation printing, we follow a personalized approach to ensure perfection.

Step 1: Submit Your Inquiry
Fill out our online inquiry form, detailing:

Step 2: Receive Your Quote & Design Confirmation
Our team will review your request and send you:
📜 A detailed quote, including production costs & estimated timelines
🎨 A visual previewof your custom design (if applicable)

Step 3: Approval & Payment
Once you confirm the quote and design, we’ll proceed with production after receiving a 50% deposit.

Step 4: Production Begins
Our skilled team will bring your custom sportswear to life using state-of-the-art sublimation printing technology.

Step 5: Final Payment & Shipping
Once production is complete, we’ll notify you for the remaining 50% balance paymentbefore dispatching your order.

2. Payment Methods

We offer secure payment optionsto make transactions smooth and hassle-free. Payments can be made via:
Bank Transfer
Credit/Debit Card (where applicable)
Other international payment methods(subject to availability)

Full payment details will be provided in your invoice.

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

💰 50% Deposit Required
Because our products are custom-made, we require a 50% deposit before production begins. This ensures materials, design preparation, and production scheduling.

💰 Final 50% Payment Before Shipping
Once your order is complete and ready for dispatch, the remaining 50% paymentmust be made before we ship your items.

Non-Payment Policy
Orders will not be produced or shipped without the required payments. Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

4. Order Adjustments & Cancellations

Since our products are custom-made, adjustments and cancellations must be requested before production begins. Once an order enters production:

Cancellations are not allowed
Design modifications cannot be made
Refunds are not available for work already completed

To avoid issues, we encourage customers to carefully review their order details before approving production.
