4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Customer Designs & Logos: Any logo, artwork, or design submitted for printing remains your intellectual property.
• Panther’s Portfolio Rights: Unless otherwise requested, we reserve the right to feature completed projects in our portfolio, marketing materials, or website gallery.
• Copyright Compliance: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure submitted designs do not violate copyright laws. Panther is not liable for unauthorized artwork used in custom orders.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Liability

We take every measure to ensure on-time delivery of your custom sportswear. However, some conditions are beyond our control:

🚛 Shipping Delays – While we partner with reliable carriers, unexpected delays due to customs, weather, or logistics issues are possible.
🔄 Defects & Replacements – If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, we will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution.
📦 Customer Responsibilities – Once the package is shipped, the client is responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.
